Quenita is the Chief Strategist of The Supernova Advisory Group (aka The Supa Group) in charge of working with and building clientele. The Supa Group's mission is to pioneer work by considering the effects of tools and resources in strengthening Peak Performance in tbe areas of mental toughness, spirituality, leadership decision making, emotional wellness and fulfillment, impact, contribution, etc.

The Supa Group's model is Coaching + Strategic Advisory = Peak Performance (Supernova)

Quenita's vast leadership experience has included service as the President/Chair of the 25,000 strong INROADS Alumni Association (IAA) and the Dallas/Ft Worth representative for the 2020 Women on Boards organization as well as local nonprofit boards The Dallas Opera, The Tower Club, and Our Friend's Place.

Quenita was one of 280 business owners and leaders from around the United States to be invited to attend the White House's Business Council meeting.

Quenita was recently acknowledged as a "Who's Who in Black Dallas" (2nd Edition) for her commitment to leadership, volunteerism and her strategic advisory work with top clients.

Quenita is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association of Harvard's McLean Medical School whose mission is to mobilize coaches in the areas of maximizing the potential of people. The research and ground-breaking work at Harvard fuels and supports the Coaching and Strategic Advisory work Quenita uses with clients in assessing, evaluating and strategizing the execution of client's Peak Performance.
