Coaching

Our Coaching Services includes assessments and a goals evaluation process that provides the client with an independent tool for self-awareness while providing a valuable feedback loop in goals achievement.

Our primary self-awareness tool is the Birkman Method. The Birkman is used by 90% of high achievement employees and leaders in the Fortune 500.

Most assessments describe socialized, visible behavior. The Birkman assessment reaches further to analyze and report what drives and motivates behavior (called "Needs"). When needs are met, they drive behavior in positive and productive directions. Unmet needs can create negative and less than productive behavior.

What makes the Birkman unique and our preferred assessment tool is:

1. The assessment results gives the client clarity around their MOST effective behaviour habits in order to elevate performance.

2.  The assessment results gives the client the environment and elements that creates the most successful outcomes based on their strengths and weaknesses.

3.  The assessment results gives tne client specific behaviors and unmet needs to be aware of so that potential can be maximized independently and working in teams and making leadership decisions.
